They are at it again, looking to boost revenues many State Legislatures are considering taxing digital downloads, specifically in their sights is the success of iTunes. 15 States and the District of Columbia are already taxing downloads of music, movies and e-books. its not like they are able to enforce copyright laws on it either :p
they'd simple shift the burden to the taxpayer to step forward Im sure.
