In the cutthroat world of digital storefronts vs brick & mortar shops, big corporate boxes vs mom & pop shops, what really drives customer service is the bottom line. While you'd think your local small time retailer is centered around serving their local community, its very likely they will cave to worldwide shortages and cash in on ebay. Bear that in mind the next time there is a shortage of games or the upcoming PS3.
