I was seeking info on how Systool writes the changes to system settings parameters. Specifically if this was more of a permanent change, or whether a complete power down and BIOS reset and reflash would fix any alterations done on the machine it was used upon?

I have an odd coincidence where the reboot after I overclocked the FSB using this tool (About 5 or 10mhz only), my system has been having serious stability issues that I have yet to pin down. Any info or a relevent link I missed would be appreciated, thanks!

when you restart, you go back to whatevers set in BIOS. systool only changes what you're running at right then.

I was pretty sure that was the case but I was just out of reasons for all the problems I had been having... think I got them licked though. :)
