yeah, when newegg says refurb, and they ran out of refurb for the item, they give you retail no extra cost.

and i dont think that would be fraud, would it? it is a retail item after all, correct?

no no no, i said, they will have an item that was refurbished for sale, if two people buy this one item, one of them will get the refurbished and the other gets

"Oop!s the refurb was no longer available, were sorry for the inconvenience. Here is the next best thing (retail package of the same item) we hope you dont mind :) "

seem to good to be true? thats why we love newegg.
