sapphire x800gto 128mb pcx 12 to 16

Hi everyone. Please someone help me. I have sapphire x800gto 128mb pcie. This card's default clokcks are 390/350 (like regular x800). It's r430.
Can this card be unlocked to 16 pipes.

This card have poor overclocking potential (+10mhz core and +20mhz mem) and cooler is so loud.
Can you mod this bios to have a much better overclocking. Maybe to increase voltage.

the only thing you can do is buying an aftermarket cooler.
and you can`t mod the voltages by software in your card.
