This item is sold "as is". It came from a computer that didnt work, not sure if it works, no way in heck im testing it, so im selling it "as is". Probably 10-15 bucks, buyer pays small fee for shipping, I live in maine. Any questions please let me know

No, It does not have any burn marks, It is clean, It came out of a pc that the HD died out in, So will 20 work for you? If so PM me your adress ect, And we will talk about it there.

I think it works fine, no burn marks no nothing on it, pins look great..
