Attaching Cold Cathodes?

Well, getting some light for my new pc. Hit a snag. How do you guys attach cathodes to the top of your cases to get that blue effect in the windows?

you already have the cathode kit? the one i bought came with sticky circle things on them, otherwise just use zip-ties and tie them to the power supply cage and the optical drive cage. http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/directron_1899_181038550
