I just got a TT Big Typhoon recently and it was working great. Then, I put my side panel on which has an 80mm fan intaking towards the TT BT and that was working fine. But my Big Typhoon was connected to the MoBo's fan header and it was only running at 600 RPM at idle, so I decided to plug it in to a 4-pin molex to 3-pin fan header 12v connector(came with Zalman), and recently, it's been going fast, then slow, then fast, then slow (I'm assuming this because it makes, then not, then noise again, then not). What can I do to fix this?

Replace it with the Zalman and take the stupid fan out of the side cover.

What's with you and liking the Zalman CNPS9500 more than the Big Typhoon? The BT is a great cooler!

easy solution is to hook it to a fan speed controller if you have one.
