Will ATI graphics cards (X800 XL in my case) work with an nVidia SLI Intel Edition? The motherboard I'm planning to get is the Abit NI8 SLI. I just want to know if there are any compatility issues with them working. I've been google-ing forever and I can't find any issues, just wanted to ask you guys before I buy.
Thanks

Later on, I might get 2 7900GT's or in a year mid-range DirectX10 cards.

get the dx10 cards in a year, im waiting till then, i only got the 1800xt cuz it was a good upgrade for 30 bucks for the 512 version... get the dx10 cards when they come out, and get the new nf590 chipset, ur new cards will run better with the linkboost or w.e it is

Will the DirectX10 cards still work fine though with current SLI motherboards, like the Abit NI8 SLI Intel Edition? Because I'm also planning to get an Intel Pentium D 805 w/ the Abit, and it can overclock to 4.0GHz on air. ~4.3-4.5 on water. I'm planning to keep it for a while so, I want to know if DX10 cards will work fine w/ current chips.
Thanks,

Oh yeah, BTW, I'm getting all my stuff (NI8 SLI, Pentium D 805, ram etc...) all on July 23 and later, because on July 23, Intel is making price cuts. The Intel Pentium D 805 will be $93, and I'm positive newegg will make it lower!
