AMD64 Cool&Quiet, set on startup

I was hopeing there was a way to force the FID/VID settings on the system startup. Whenever I suspend or restart my notebook the settings go back the full speed. I often want them to stay at the lower to conserve battery power and heat.

Does anyone know a way to either set the default values to the lowest or to set them on start up?

Machine is an Acer Aspire 5002.
