First you need to read this http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=5367 and post your fuses, to see if it can be unlocked.
Then see how far can your core and mem overclock only then flash it to xt or xtpe.

to see if your card can be flashed to one of the follow, please first overclock it to these speeds with ATI Tool/RivaTuner/etc... and as long as you can overclock and it is stable at these speeds it should flash just fine.
Your X800PR0 - 475/450
X850PRO - 507/520
X850XT - 520/540
X850XTPE - 540/590

i would be doing this tomorow since my test system is my current PC and i have to take out my x1800xl and blah blah blah....., i would appreciate more info before doing the process tomorow.
The info should come from your side in order to help you with info ;) . We need your fuses on the first possition and second even if your core has 16 working pipes on hardware level you won't get them to work using atiwinflash independently from where you will take the BIOS :) .
