How come Here (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_This_Week_Only_25.html#aGX_2d047_ 2dCO) it says 625Core / 1450Memory but on ATi Tool it says 500/600?

The advertised speed is the 3d speed. Ati tool is showing you the current 2d speed. Here is an oc guide:
