Just for those of you interested who have looked at 1Strive's Windows Vista Beta 2 thread the official Beta has now been released to the general public. Visit here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/preview.mspx) for more details, you can either chose the (huge) x64 version or the standard 32bit Vista. Enjoy! :rockout:
At present the servers are very busy so you might have trouble downloading it, but for some people it may download better if you say you are in the USA even if you aren't I've read. I recommend using IE to start downloading it because the page doesn't display correctly in my Firefox and use a download manager in case you get cut out!

Yeah, the site is still too busy so I still haven't even been able to start... I would Torrent it but it can be slow and you're not sure what you're getting until you have it. I did download office 2007 beta and that looks really nice but probably uses loads of system resources.

if you want to start, click this, and then go to 32bit on the right
it seems to bypass the line? and goes right to dling.

if you click the 32 bit, you get an error screen, but if you click 64bit, and then go to 32 bit, it works.
this is the link to the 32bit, direct.
dont use this one. http://download.windowsvista.com/preview/beta2/en/x86/download.htm
