Heatware alias feature

Heatware has an alias feature where you set all of your names from different forums. This feature is meant to prevent someone from impersonating the person whom the heatware belongs to.

I would also recommend adding a "I dont trade anywhere else" alias to further protect against impersonation.

Check your heatware if you haven't done so recently. Your aliases have probably been wiped and you'll need to re-enter them. Apparently they changed hardware, and you no longer choose your forum from a drop-down list.
