X1800 GTO lockups

Hi guys,

i´m experiencing problems with atitool or better OC´n@all. When i use the catalyst feature of
overclocking i am able to set the maximum speeds given (afair 575/550) and i have no problems with that. When using atitool my card gets instable even at 550/550. i think it gets also unstable at any other frequencies. Could it be that atotool changes my mem timings or something like that??

at 1.45v I'm running 700/700 with 16 pipelines enabled

Maybe the catalyst overclocking is actually causing atifacts but you aren't noticing?

Disable all ATI services by going to run>services.msc and double click on any service that has ATI in front of it and select disabled for startup method, then restart...

Uninstall ATI's stupid catalyst software and instal ati tray tools and overclock with ati tool
