did you just get the card or did you get it recently. are you changing from an nvidia card to an ati card? you might want to try the driver cleaner (sorry i dont have a link) and reinstall the drivers. if you are going from nvidia to an ati card you might want to back up all your data and start with a fresh install of windows.
before you try the fresh install try updating everything in the case.
thats about all i can think of, i am no expert so use all advice with caution

i think your card is already very good and can play most of today's games smoothly...should you still wish to OC your card, just do it with caution especially if you're running on stock cooler...as for the atitool, try manual, by moving the slider and incrementing gradually and watch closely at the 3D window...if no distortion occurs, then that's quite ok...the next thing you just have to worry if would it run stable for long period of usage...but then again, don't push it too hard, if you see the 3D window starting to distort, STOP immediately from there otherwise it may cause you're system to crash... because mine did... :) the bottomline is, test it on the actual gameplay...goodluck and be careful.. :)

But my problem with ati tool is that at stock speed, the ati tool give artifact. But in games i gave no problem.
so i don't understand why that's happend.

You don't have any overlays in the 3D-window like FRAPS or something else, do you? Sounds silly, but I did this exact thing and I had the same problems.

Things that might affect the artifact scanning mechanism in ATITool..
- 3D overlay utilities (like FRAPS)
- Temporal Anti Aliasing (TAA)
- Anything more?? :D

i don't know what you mean with "FRAPS".
would you explain me??
TAA i have this option de-activated.
i don't want to see artifact i need to d slow down the core to 340 mhz aprox.

If you don't know what it is, you don't have it. It displays your frame rate in yellow in the corner of the screen. If you leave it on while running ATITool, ATITool detects the numbers as artifacts and automatically downclocks.
