Cpu Overclock

I can use the find max but the readings is wrong!
my FSB = 200Mhz
Systool reports that my FSB = 399Mhz so i cant use the slyder it's max't out!
If i use find max it goes up to 444.22Mhz witch actually is 222.7Mhz cpu = 3.1173Ghz
Any help would be appreciated
