doom3 wont work with softmod drivers

hello all...
I recently recieved a radean 9800 se which i successfully softmodded to open all the pipes. My problem is when i open Doom3 it just gives me a gray screen and then the moniter shuts down, and i have to reboot my computer. When i installl the original drivers everything is fine. Is there something im missing?any help would be appriciated. Thanks for your time folks.

try other games like halflife2 and FarCry with the softmod drivers.. Look for artefacts etc.
mabe the other 4 pipes don't work..
my 9500@9700PRO+ worked fine in Doom3.
