well i got bored and decided to run my optical output on my mobo to my jvc home theater system...all i can say is WOW the sound is awesome, i thouhgt my x530 speakers sounded good, but this is way better.:rockout: :rockout: :rockout: :rockout: :rockout:

I need to get the digital out adapter for my audigy 2, I want to hear it on my JVC system too :D
My onboard sound has a digital out, but ever since this Audigy 2 I cant go back to onboard :P

dont they have a optical port, i didnt know my kn8 nf4 had one till 3 months after i bought it..lol:wtf: just had to remove the little cover hiding the dam thing and wah lah:roll:

i just looked it up and it looks like you have one, but dont know if you can use that and your sound card at the same time, but i know i can run my analog speakers and use the digital at the same time.i think we are both running ac97 audio so it should wirk
