Got Order ram missing

Got my order just now, but when the UPS guy handed me the box the bottom flap was completely open, tape broke I guess. I started to get that uneasy fealing like when my kids get to quiet, I knew something was wrong. I started praying that everything was there I could see the DFI mobo box plain as day and i was worried there would be know cpu, being the most expensive item. Opened it up all the way saw the amd box and felt better, but i was right something was missing, my new ram was nowhere to be found. So I called Newegg they were cool said they'd be in touch and that they are filing a claim with UPS, but I am sure its going to be awhile before I see anything. Oh well I'll use my ddr400 Corsair value for now.

Already had it, but there is still the paperwork that has to be filed and claims approved. The fact that I had the driver note the open box probably saved me a super long wait. Anyways everything else works fine so I am happy and patient enough for newegg to resolve it.
