Yep..they are ground and +12VDC. You DON'T have to connect them but you CAN use it for extra fans, neon lights etc...

71°F are like 21.67°C
That's very cold to me, what kind of proc do you have? I didn't know of any proc that could run so cool

ahaha LOL, silly me, im so used to reading °C that i didnt even check to see if it was °F... damn americans using odd temperatures :P

Yup we as the lone super power are jsut using an "odd" measuring system
The EU only uses metrics because they want to be different. It is more efficient but not enough to switch over.

FYI, 90% of the world population uses the metric system  :p :D
Anyway, back to the topic, what kind of proc runs at such low temps?
Let me guess, I take it those temps where measured just after turning the PC on.

even after just turning on my system i still have a temp of around 34°C. So unless he is taking a temp from the HSF and not the actual CPU i dont know how the hell he is getting those temps... unless its vapochilled :D

For heavy and good cooling there must be RED and BLACK wire not the YELLOW one.
I have all my fans connected to black and red wire.......
i think RED & BLACK wire has the most voltage.....

well i plugged my fans into the red and black, and there was shit all air coming out from them, swapped to the black and yellow. and the fans picked up speed and are now pushing heaps more air :D

yup! this is pretty damn cool or make that " dead cold"...men this is even cooler than the human body?! i guess he meant °C for sure....

Yellow should have the most voltage, 12v
Unless your using an off colored PSU

Well...I should change them to yellow/black....then you get the blowers to work as they should...with 12VDC. You are driving them with 5VDC now.. :D
