What can you do with someone's ip???

I have this guy in China trying to hack me... He is trying a MS SQL Stack BO attack... Now lucky norton gave me his ip... which is probably a proxy... but here is what a whois lookup gave me:

I wouldn't reccomend it, likely the only thing that you would accomplish would to be upset him. Which might cause him and his buddies to focus the brunt of their attacks on you. If he's still trying to get you then call your ISP and request that they change your IP address.

IIRC, route change can do this for you...

e.g.-> route change 202.99.128.0 mask 255.255.0.0 202.99.128.0

(Anything from his IP, route it to a port or subnet he cannot use... or back his own way, or whatever... should work in theory)
