Bios Flashing and such with a CD?

Is it possible to flash a bios using a cd? I dont have a floppy drive nor any diskettes to do it, so I was just wondering if it is possible. Thanks.

It TOTALLY depends on your motherboard. I treid in vain to flash with a CD and USB on my Abit, but it simply didn't work - it would run AWDFLASH and hang, as simple as that. I can only do it from a floppy drive!

However, some newer motherboards are advertising that bios can be flashed from USB or CD.

you could just use winflash and flash in wiondows itself
