i am about to get a new video card. i am willing to spend anywhere around 175 or less..i am kinda leaning towards the nvidia side now but i will still buy ati if its that good :D any suggestions?

i need it AGP
12 pixel pipes or better? i dunno really..

i love the 1600x i dont know about the asus the core is kinda weak the all in wonder is nice too

I have a X1600PRO and the 6800LE i would pick the 6800LE over the X1600PRO, but if you can get hold of a cheap X800 or X850 get one, there easierly the best AGP card.

suggest wait prices will drop like crazy scrub plus u dont need another graphics card cause I BUILT UR COMP U DONT DO ANY EXTREME GAMING SO IT WILL JUST BE A WASTE OF MONEY :) UR COMP CAN HANDLE MOST THE GAMES U PLAY..plus i dont think yo momma or daddy will let u anyways noob. U STILL OWE ME MONEY TOO and u have like no money now

Edit: just saw he has a 9600XT, if he don't do much gamming he doesn't need a new GFX card, that one will handle games pretty good, at low/medium settings

yeah he has ati 9600xt and probably the most extreme game i have seen him play is half life 2 which can run easily cause i played on his comp with hl2

oh yeah he just bought a new mobo and processor and he said he wanted to stick with agp and now he wants a new graphics card should of gotten pcie mobo and new graphics card would of been cheaper too

The choice is pretty clear. 6800 Ultra or an X850XT.

no i bought the case psu processor mobo myself i juss owe him 25 bucks for getting me in a LAN
