Geforce 6800 gt oc compatible with rs400-a motherboard

Alright my question is,

Is my Bfg tech nvidia Geforce 6800 gt oc compatible with rs400-a motherboard. I recently changed my motherboard over to the rs400-a from ati and now my geforce cards has choppy game play. I called bfg tech and they said to check the voltage on the agp slot and that if it wasn't 2v that I'd have to get another board uggg.... Anyone else have this problem or any ideas. I've updated everything so it's not that. any info would be appreciated :banghead:

where do I check the voltage at? In the bios cuz the box doesn't have it anywhere and I could find it on the manual

yea theres no info on what the voltage is on the agp slot just something called vcore voltage?I tried raising the vcore voltage by 3% and I'm still having the prob with the video card being choppy:confused:
