need help setting ram

here is a screen shot of a64 tweaker w/ all my current set up what can i do to improve my bandwidth currently i get a bandwidth of about 2600mb/s
btw this is ddr266 running at ~326mhz

that sounds about right. sounds like thats all youll ever get out of that RAM. since you're limited to single channel, and it is only DDR266, overclocked to 333 (almost) thats as good as you can do. get new RAM.
