Help with unlocking 16 pipelines with x800 GTO

I can't unlock my HIS X800 GTO IceqII turbo to 16 pipelines. I have tried modifying the bios in a hex editor. I have attached the before and after bios files. I have tryed flashing the BIOS with flashrom and ATIflash. My ATI Tool still says I only have 12 active pipelines. I have also attached what my ATI tool says.

Please can someone help me its driving me crazy

I assume you are certain it will flash to 16?? Have you posted your fuse data from ATI tool?

I think you will find that it is not unlockable, I may be mistaken but your "SUBSTRATE FUSES" needs also to end with an "F".

I am not an expert but have read much about it, "DORF" is one of the men in the know, PM him for help, he has sorted many in these forums and has his own BIOS files for loads of scenarios.

Alteritively you can search these forums.....there is a thread with about 1000 post on this particular subject, jsu go to the search drop down at the top of this screen and type in x800GTO unlocking and you will get it. I think there are also issues with Vivo/non Vivo also.
