ati tool says my x1600xt is not in use

hey again guys got my new system set up just waiting on the second x1600xt for crossfire ok this is what happens i start atl tool and it says windows is not using your video card and i cant find the opions in the bios to change it from pci to pcie i got the phenix bios or somthing like that please help i need it bad thx.

yes its a Abit crossfire board with ati 3200 chipset.
