Looking for a program to monitor my GeForce 7800 GT's temperature. If the program also monitor my CPU, hard drive, chassis temp, then that's even better. Thanks for any suggestions.

Try SpeedFan, it will probably monitor all that things, but you may have to guess what component is each reading and rename them in the configuration pressing F2.

Rivatuner would work for checking temperatures as well as overclocking and fan speed changes for graphics cards.
