Anyone else try this demo out? It took forever to download because its like 1.3 GB. Then it only took me less than 20 minutes to get through, so its on the short side. I kinda like it though and I hope they put in more abilities. The special attack, which is an instant kill plus it slows down time to watch your damage, is pretty cool. The kicking is very fun to mess around with although its to easy to knock enemies off ledges with it. Anyone else have thoughts?

I was getting it from some crappy limited server, no way I am paying for a subscription to IGN/Gamespot just to get faster downloads. Also I think for a 1.3gb demo it was way to short, but thats why theres add/remove programs.

Apart from the gameplay, when I got dl'ing it, I went to my computer, and checked how much it really took, and it was like 5 gigs? wtf Why does it when you dl something off of the internet it makes it so much bigger than it really is? Idk, but it is fked up.

The installer that you download is very compressed. So when you install it, it uncompresses and takes up a lot of room. IIRC, the Prey demo was similar -- I think that DL was <1GB, and it still took up >4GB on my install drive.....

I think it's the C++ files and it compiles them on the computer maybe? I remember a couple programs doing it like that.
