I just downloaded the Prey demo today, and let me tell you, for the people that have not downloaded that game need to. The graphics and gameplay on that game are unreal man. I mean I only have an ATI Radeon 9550, but I can run that game decent, with lowest 20 to up to 45 fps. Not bad for my system specs. But yea guys for you guys who have those mad rigs out there, u def. need to get this game, it is a must have. ;)

I have the full game and its awesome, I whack everything up full and it runs like a dream :rockout:

No not everything on low actually, I can run my detail settings at Highest...but with low resolution.

Funny that this post came up....I just beat the game today...and from the ending

SPOILERS!!!

There is gonna be a part 2, looking forward to playing that one....the only thing I don't like its that it gets repetitive fast and the puzzles are a bit annoying sometimes (especially if you forget about the spirit walk) Overall I would give the game about a 7.8

I beat the demo lol, and I thought it was pretty kewl..but I don't know yet if I am going to buy it. Because I am a graphics freak, and the characted detail isn't that good. But the gun detail is...so I dunno.

Demo rocks. The engine runs soooo much better than Doom3 or Quake4. I can run it with everything maxed 1280x1024, and it never dips below 50 FPS.

Just a note, u gotta edit the config file to enable ultra mode for those with 512mb graphics cards. otherwise ur using compressed textures :roll:

Dont have the info with me right now, did it a while back, just google for prey tweaks or alike.

P.S completed the game and it Roxxx :rockout: smooth as silk performance, and amusingly gross :laugh:

P.s.S. Play the game @ 1920x1200 drooool.... (wipes chin)

lol, I can barely play it on 800x600 with my g-card...i wish I could play it with those settings though..ohh well I guess one of these days, when I upgrade my rig, I will have just as much fun as you guys do in these games.. U don't have to worry about lag and such, on the other hand I have to. :ohwell:
