Over on another forum I post on, they have a little extra field in the same place where your location and post count is listed that says what your real name is. I think this would be a nice thing to have here so we wouldn't have to call eachother by our screen names.

It can also be fun to call people "caboose" :D. Personally, I think we already have plenty of room in our avatars, signatures, and signature pictures. And it's even better to learn each others names the hard way, through trust.

A lot of people seem to perfer not to disclose their name... others don't care - me for example as I sign my name. But a actual field... is it really needed? Can't you just sign your name?

Send W1zzard a email or something about it if you really think people would use it.

Na it won't be a custom user title... You just plug in your first and last name and if anyone plugs in anything different they get reported... easy as that
