can this card be unlocked got it for 172.00 new on ebay. Ive read it inferior to a x1800xt which I have however I wondering how it will compare overclocked/unlocked and with more pixil shaders

not yet there is a 1900gt unlock bios thread, maybe with the new ati1950xt 256mb card there will be unlocked bios... but dont get your hopes up you prob cant unlock theres usually only 6 mofests on the 1900gt :S

it should look better than a x1800xt, and overclocked it comes pretty close considering I payed 191.00 shipped it seems to be a good deal. So if worse comes to it I will sell it back on ebay. The best deal I could find on the net was 232.00 with shipping so I didn't lose anything. if anyone here wants it let me know before I sell it.:D

well its around 20-30 bucks cheaper than the cheapest in norway with shipping (domestically in norway) I'd go for it before the stores replace them with the down/up clocked versions, that wil almost 100% be unlockable 'cause of pcb change (hey mabye that's because tho old one's *are* unlockable maybe:P )

btw. it's the x1900xt 256mb version bios we are waiting for, and we dont know if the mosfets are the issue
