OC a 9600se???

ok i need help please i just bought a 9600se and ive used the ati tool to get to 400(398 acully) core i was wondering what would be the best bios to flash with and if i do can i back up my current bios??

any help is apprectaited thnxs

oh yeah btw the card is a powercolor

You certainly can back up your bios by using the "dump bios" feature in ATiTool's options panel. This will dump your bios as bios.bin in the ATiTool folder. Unfortunately the 9600se is the highest 64bit rv350/360 card so you shouldn't flash with a different one.

If this doesn't bother you (as it may well work with a 128bit card's bios) then I'd go for a 9600pro bios, making sure it's for the right type of core (rv350/360) and the right type of memory (hynix/elixir/mosel vitelic).

I do not recommend doing this. Using the wrong bios could render your card unusable.
