TPU registry entry -- wtf?

I see two possible explanations here:
1. I installed systool
2. I installed atitool
Then I uninstalled them and noticed this in my registry. You guys should make sure it removes the registry keys it impregnates the registry with :laugh:

It doesnt removed registry keys. It doesnt harm anything though.
