5TB Catridge Anyone?

Well, Hitachi decided to make a catridge that combines 100 blue ray disks to make a 940gb catridge. O yeah if thats not big enough for you space hungry people, they might also release a 5TB version!

it said $340 for the 940 cart,that seems reasonable to me

$340 for 100 double sided dvd's is a bit expensive...they arent even dual layer.

But for the targeted application I think it will be a goldmine. I always hated tape (magnetic) backups.
