I need some help with clocking my ram!

Ok, i just got 2 sticks of_ CORSAIR cmx512 3200c2 ram, i had 2 sticks of mushkin 512s pc3200 basic, and the guy i talked to said that i would not notice a difference unless i set the cas lat to 2-2-2-3, right now it is at 2-3-3-6, how do i set the clocks, is there a download that i can get to help me with this,,,,,
i also herd that my motherboard has somthing in the cmos program but i dont know were it is.
i have
GIGABYTE GA-K8-NPRO
AMD64 3200+ 1meg L2
1024 CORSAIR CMX 3200C2
80 GIG WESTERN DIGITAL
RADEON 9800XT 256

you can do it in BIOS; look for something talking about RAM timings

i looked in the whole bios programs and i cant find anything...........................

Go into the bios Push CTRL+F1 and a few new menus will open up, its in one of these... ahh the annoyance of gigabyte boards...

Yeah and dont expect it to let you adjust the timings much either. Mine hates it just end up clearin the CMOS
