The exciting new SAPPHIRE TOXIC X1950XTX is the new top performing graphics accelerator from Sapphire. Shipping with the product is the A.P.E. – Automatic Performance Enhancer - which uplifts the core clock speed to 695MHz making the card the fastest card on the planet! The highly efficient cooling system also will allow enthusiasts to further enhance performance by overclocking with other tools. Together with the Limited Edition TOXIC CrossFire Edition, which has the same core and memory speeds, the ability to run overclocked dual GPU configurations offers previously unachievable CrossFire performance.

Liquid Cooled!
Taking up a single PCI slot in addition to the PCI-Express slot occupied by the graphics card, the TOXIC cooler is a sealed and low noise water cooling solution. Maximum efficiency is achieved by the use of a Pure Copper Water Block on the GPU for superior heat conductivity together with a Pure Copper Radiator in the TOXIC cooler for great heat dissipation. Coolant is circulated with a quiet yet powerful 12V mini pump with superb reliability. Air is extracted from the case by an integral low noise transparent blue LED fan, passed through the radiator and vented out of the case at the rear mounting bracket. Two fan speeds give a choice of quieter operation or higher efficiency. (18dBA at 2000RPM, 26dBA at 2500RPM).

Features of the X1950 series architecture include 48 pixel shader processors, 16 pixel processor pipelines and 8 vertex shader processors together with a 512-bit ring-bus based internal memory controller together delivering true DirectX® 9 Shader Model 3.0 compatibility.

Image quality is unrivalled, with 64-bit floating point High Dynamic Range rendering (HDR), blending capability and a new higher quality anisotropic filtering (AF) combined with up to 12x Anti-Aliasing (AA) when used in CrossFire mode. Two DVI outputs are provided on the XTX model and Dual-link DVI is supported with resolutions up to 2650 x 1600. The architecture also supports AvivoTM delivering vibrant high fidelity images and video playback to the latest High definition video standards and is HDTV and HDCP ready.

Sapphire’s RADEON X1950 series now family delivers the fastest and best graphics and video performance in the industry. For more details please visit www.sapphiretech.com

nm the price, some people are willing to fork over insane ammounts for these kinds of things... what interests me more is will you need your own private nuclear reactor to power it...

I thought the 7950X2 was the fastest single card available today, does this Sapphire card beat the 7950X2?

Will wait for tomorrow's benchmarks and see if there are real numbers behind that claim :p

Its not one card, so ppl often refer to the X1950XTX as the fastest "single" card.

No, nothing can beat the 7950 GX2, because its 2 cards.
