OCZ Powerstream
Kingwin 600cw
Google each of those, all have great stable rails. There are others too but these are just my favorites.

epower 550watt 20+20amp 12v rail psu should cover you, untra are so/so quility in my exp, not really made for clocking more made to look nice.
epower/tagen is made by topower same company that makes vantech and some other top brands
for another option fortron source power(fsp) aka sparkle, FSP is a top OEM they make some of the best psu's on the market, units that run hundreds of $ from other makers run far less when you get them with the sparkle/fortron name on them(ur paying for the unit not the name)
my fortron 400watt saga seirse psu is powering my overclocked 3500+(2.2gz@2.7) 2gb ddr2@2.2volts, x1900xt(flashed to xtx), 3hdd's, 2 optical drives, 6 fans, and assorted usb devices(usb powered stuff)
no problems even under heavy load :)
dont worrie so much about the wattage but the ampage and quility of the unit, a good guide to go by is here (http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?t=403148) i know it says got the vnf4/vnf3 but the guides good for any athlon64 board/chip/system ^^
lists who makes what and such, ultra are in my exp made by a few companys, a couple models are made by decent makers but most are just generic bling psu's made as cheap as possable, in otherwords they are like aspire and cheifmax psu's replace if you plan to have your system overclocked or have heavy load items :)

I would say OCZ PSU's are very reliable, and DFI recommended (and if it's DFI recommended, you know it's good for overclocking). Not sure about price, but great PSU, made by FSP, which is a really reliable PSU maker. But if you're willing to spend more money PC Power and Cooling will do great.

good units mostly, but a bit over priced at most places
seasonic is another great brand but again expencive for basickly the same thing you can get from epower and fortron ^^
read the linked topic it should help with choosing a brand/psu, all the ones listed as good are great units ^^

Topower
(some TTGI - Super-Flower, OCZ, EPower/Tagan, RaidMax, Vantec, ACI)
#1b
FSP - Fortron Source Power
(Fortron, Sparkle, Cooler Master*, Zalman, Aopen)
#1c
CWT - Channel Well Technology
(Antec, Lead Power, Enermax, Xclio)
While these top three encompass more than the re-badges I've named, you can usually bet on a solid performer if you pick one of them. It's highly debatable which are better than others, of course. But all in all, everyone has had pretty good experiences. Not suprisingly, they are priced accordingly. None of them in the 400W range are going to be under $50. If your power supply is one of the above, chances are you can trust both the unit itself and it's claims on wattage per line.

(Ultra X-finity)
ah epower is same as ocz, well ocz now has a newer unit thats fortron but same diffrance really for quility, as i said that link i posted is a good read, explains ALOT about psu's and why some are good and some arent.
any of those listed are a good choice :)
and ultra x-finity is the only decent ultra in my exp, not as good as 1a-1c but good units.

That's the only reason why I chose X-Finity instead of X-Connect. In reviews, X-Finity is better than X-Connect.
