Im currently running a P4/HT 3.0Ghz I want to OC it to 3.1 Or higher Depending on feedback Do you thinkg 100 mhz will hurt it? Also i need a tutorial on how Thanks .

in that case... check around your BIOS for FSB settings, voltages, etc. remember where they are. When overclocking, you should raise the FSB by 5-10 MHz then test for stability with programs like memtest86 (google it), prime95 (google), and 3dmark. if you encounter stability problems, your next step is to raise voltages. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS keep an eye on temperatures and make sure you have sufficient cooling! 100mhz on the processor will only require like a 10MHz FSB boost. for more info, go here (www.xtremesystems.org)/.
