help choose- MP3 or PMP?

Hello next week is my bday and i been looking forward to a new MP3 player so right now i have my eyes on M$'s "ZUNE" & well a COWON A2 PMP. so which one should i choose?

Toshiba is making the Zune, that Gigabeat player is basically a thinner Zune that works with playsforsure (napster/rhapsody etc..) Cheaper too :)

the toshiba horrid battery life compared to the cowon, 12h vs 20hr for music, and 3-4 vs 8-10 hours for video, the cowon is bigger, but on the other hand, its UMS compatible (drag and drop media in to it), and the toshiba forces you to use WMP to transfer DRM infected music and video, the zune, the zune looks like a waste, the battery life is inferior to the cowon, the wifi is usless, you can only use it to share music with other zune players and a shared song can only be listened to 3 times,

the cowon has usb host, so if you have a digital camara,, you can dump the pictures to it while you take photos, so you dont have to take extra memory cards with you,

Perhaps you should do some reading about MS, they make many things besides Windows. In fact, I believe Zune to have a good chance of taking a nice marketshare.

what i meant, was that i preffer to buy products from companys who are specialized doing that, for MP3 i choose Creative, i have a old muvo and it works splendid for me :)
for operative system i use micro$ 'cause i don't know how to work on linux (yet)
it can be a good mp3 and all, but not for me ;)

i was aslo looking at Creative's ZEn vizion: W (ha sa wide screnn screen), but just recently they released a new software that wont let you record Fm radio. for far im still aiming at the COWon A2, but since im not THAT big of a wiz whn it comes to PMPs, i dont knowif there are better ones.

I like my Sony minidisc player, run out of space buy a new disc.
