Hi i got a powercolor 9600pro 256mb 400/200and ZM80D-HP
and i cant get over 425/230 is that good?

10% is a good OC, but I think that with that cooler you should get more OC from your card, are you sure you installed it right?
P.S. you shouldn't post the same thing twice.

THats not a regular 9600 Pro, the memory is running at 200x2 where a normal 9600 Pro runs at 300x2. Thats powercolor's "9600 Pro EZ". The cores only OC about that much, maybe because of low memory clock?
If you look below at my signature, you will see I have a powercolor 9550 at the same speeds. The 9550 and 9600 Pro EZ have the same ram, core, and pcb.

hehe the ixplorer crach the first time i write this post didnt think it was post
yes the ZM-80D and drivers its install right, i use sliver 5 and was cleaning GPU with alcohol
4.12 driver, new bios, fast write off, AGP aperture size at 128, Video BIOS Cacheable off, Video Memory Cache on, AGP lockt at 66mhz and 400w power supply
the computer restart if i go to 430/430

oki, thanks, do you or anyone know some ATI Tool mem tweak settings 4 this GFX card?

I've seen people all over the net saying that they've got their 9550s to 450/215 with no extra cooling, but I don't know if it would be the same for a 9600PRO. in theory, it would be, but things in theory are just that.
I'd say with all that fancy cooling gadgets you've got on there you should be able to OC it to at least 475/250, it not higher. Sure you fitted it all correctly?
