* Sometimes? You just gotta do, what you gotta do... & in that case? WELL, those guys did... & imo @ least?? They had it right... hence, why they probably weren't charged w/ worse sentences!
Where this guy went "wrong" imo @ least? Bringing a pal to help him... he should have 'settled it' 1-on-1 with the dork (who imo, was 'inciting riot' by doing the b.s. he did to the guy who "torqued on him", & rightfully so imo)...

P.S.=> Personally? I think more of that needs to go on... so the "internet iron-men" out there who THINK they can push folks around & do anything they want online, learn to 'cool it'... or else!
It's my opinion that the weasels online out there that "try" others constantly are that little nerdy weasel that tried it in highschool, & got his butt kicked constantly... they find the net & think "Hey, nobody is going to pound my head in out here, I am untouchable/invisible"!

This is how the REAL WORLD, really works (especially when laws on issues are unclear, or you get NO satisfaction from "legal means")...
or, is George W. Bush's "war for freedom" any different? I think not... G.W. Bush went & just started a fight, for reasons HE felt were "OK" (though I don't)...
So, next time anyone gives you guff & they don't respond to reason OR legal means? Well... do whatever you think is RIGHT!
After all: Our governments do, setting this example for us!
All law, is backed by 1 thing: The fear of PAIN & WORSE... period.
See, for all of our 'sophistication'? This is how it is... sad statement, but true... human beings respond BEST to threats, period.
