The difference between a pro and np is bractically nothing just clock speeds, and id assume memory timings. Flashing ti wont do anything that atitool doesn't but if you want to flash it any 9800PRO with samsung 3.3ns memory will work, hynix wont even if the chip says its hynix, stupid powercolor rebadging their memory.

The main difference between PRO(256bit) and Non-PRO(128bit) is Memory Bus according to the Specs it has a 256 Bit bus it perhaps has slower RAM 3.3ns but flashing it an SE is gonna kill 1/2 the pipes.

Both the 9800Pro, and the Non-Pro have 256bits memory buses, although you can find some cards labeled as Pro with a 128bit bus (remember the sapphire boycott?), anyway, the card in the link has a 256bit bus, so no problem with that.
I think Schpeedy is right, you don't need to flash it to a Pro, the only difference is clock speeds, just check if that card can keep Pro speeds without stability problems, and then OC it to Pro speeds.
You could check if it has an R360 core and try to flash it to an XT if you are lucky enough.

Thanks for the reply, i will try puting it at pro speeds then.
Also its a R350 Core so i cant flash to XT:(
Is it definite you cant flash to XT if you have a R350?

From what I've heard, it's not a good idea to use the XT BIOS on an R350 core, seems like you get a lot of stability problems by doing this, so I don't recommend it.
There are some ppl that have been able to use the XT BIOS on their cards, but they get the same performance after flashing than if they just OC their cards to XT speeds, so there's nothing to gain from taking that risk, I'm sorry :(
