Download it via bit-torrent, burn the ISO to a DVD-R/+R/+RW, and install it with your (or someone else's) CD-Key. It's really very simple.

not really, its a beta/RC its a gray area, if it where retail it would be piracy, but this is something that nobody payed anything for or was expected to pay anything for.

stop over reacting slacker.

oh and the beta/rc versions are time limmited, so he will be SOL after what 180days or less :D

Wow dont dis me and yeah it is microsoft stopped distributing it because they didnt want it distributed they didnt give permission for anyone else to distribute it the beta program is now closed to the public... this is pirating... expecially if you use someone elses key.

Discussion of piracy is NOT allowed.
Yes I know that Vista RC2 is still a beta, but you cannot go around promoting downloading an entire operating system off of Bittorent. Especially one that has been closed for public testing. If MS wanted you to have a copy now, they would still have the CPP open.
