There was a text to speech engine supplied with the soundblaster AWE32, it's nothing new.

The Dutch setting is crappy btw.

I don't know, I find Microsoft Sam more fun than this. I think that's because Sam still has glitches. Just try typing in "Sprinklers go soitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt" in Microsoft Sam, it's hilarious.
