No ATI Drivers For October?

Does anyone know why there were no 6.10 drivers this october (unless they release them in the next few hours in which case they are very late compared to normal)? I've seen the Betas but not tried them and the ATI site certainly doesn't have the official ones. Is it linked to the AMD takeover maybe or are there just a lot of problems to fix with the introdution of the Folding@Home option?

I've remembered posting someone who asked the same exact question. Just be a good boy, stay quiet, and wait for the drivers to be out. As this is a hot thingy it would certaining be on the news in techpowerup! because many people are waiting to get it!
