Windows is offering Vista upgrade coupons with the purchase of XP now. What I'm wondering, is if I get say XP Pro x64 what version of vista do you think would I get? I want to get Vista Premium, so I probably won't get this unless I can get Premium with the coupon.

What do these coupons actually offer? Money off? How much?!!! I'm planning to get Vista Home Premium if/when I get Vista.

What about Vista Ultimate? That's what I meant when I said premium in my first post. (Forgot how many freaking versions there were).

Vista ultimate will cost an arm and a leg. You could probably just give away one of the two for an upgrade...

These coupons offer a direct copy of windows Vista upgrade, to upgrade to. All you pay is S&H. :)

Yes, the $400 walmart special laptop even qualifies. :D
