I upgraded to XP Pro/SP2. Since upgrading my PCI slots don't work. The only thing I changed was upgrading the OS.

MSI-7207 MotherBoard
2.2 GHz AMD Athlon 64 3400+

Anyone have ideas?

update your chipset drivers.
