Any good web layout/graphics artists out there?

I was thinking that the site could use a design makeover. Anybody here good with web graphics and layouting? No PHP programming skill needed, basic HTML would be nice but I can do with just a PSD supplied.

I normally just help people out who are starting hobby sites, or make sigs and stuff, but lately the only thing I've done is my business site. At the very least though I've got ideas and wouldn't mind helping out.
